Exclusive Interview: Comic Actor Marlon Wayans on his Latest Parody, Fifty Shades of Black

2

Having been a star of Scary Movie and A Haunted House – comic performer Marlon Wayans is back with his latest parody, this time riffing on Sam Taylor-Johnson’s Fifty Shades of Grey, with his overstated, outrageous offering, Fifty Shades of Black.

We asked him about his interest in this parody sub-genre, and he tells us about his meeting with the original author E.L. James. We also discuss Kevin Hart, Craisins (?) and a Requiem for a Dream sequel. Not gonna happen, by the way.

Fifty Shades of Black is out in cinemas across the UK on March 11th.

  1. Comic ACTOR?!?! Lol, more like a circus monkey on crack. His awful work has no business being played at theaters and the guy has no right to be called an actor.
