Artificial Eye have announced that Melancholia will be released in the UK on September 30, 2011.
Directed by Lars von Trier, Melancholia stars Kirsten Dunst, Kiefer Sutherland, Charlotte Gainsbourg, John Hurt, Alexander Skarsgård, Charlotte Rampling, John Hurt, Stellan Skarsgård, Udo Kier and Jesper Christensen.

Melancholia will premiere next month at the 64th annual Cannes Film Festival.
