To celebrate the release of Krays Code of Silence, we spoke with lead actor Stephen Moyer about his role as Detective Nipper Read.
Directed by Ben Mole, Krays Code of Silence revolves around the Read and his relentless pursuit of the Kray Twins. Finding himself abandoned by the police force, unable to trust anyone, Read must find a way to bring down the most infamous criminals of the East End.
We spoke with Stephen Moyer about tackling the real-life figure of Detective Nipper Read, why the Krays are still hugely prominent in the English culture, and his aunts own brush with the infamous gangster.
