Kevin Bacon To Bully X-Men: First Class

Tonight’s X-Men: First Class rumour comes courtesy of Deadline, whose scant news is that Kevin Bacon is talking to all the right people about playing the villain of Matthew Vaughn’s film.

There were three posts devoted to the casting of this film yesterday, all X-Men in the making, so the villain angle this news pertains to is nicely timed to add a little variety.

Certainly, James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender teaming up against Mr. Bacon would be something to see, and since we don’t know yet if Bacon is taking on the role of Mr. Sinister or the Hellfire Club’s Sebastian Shaw or a new villain altogether there’s still plenty of posts to be had as more rumours flutter around the huge blue Internet sky.
