Hailed as one of the original stars of the so-called ‘mumblecore’ genre, Greta Gerwig continues to make fascinating films whilst remaining ‘under the radar’.
Her latest film, one which she co-wrote with Noah Baumbach, is the smart comedy Mistress America. The movie is winning rave reviews and early word is that it is as good as the award-winning Frances Ha.
We spoke to the star about her larger than life character Brook, working on a film which crosses so many genres and her fascinating next project.
