STUDIOCANAL has released an exclusive first look at the official trailer for ‘How To Make A Killing’, a wickedly entertaining and razor-sharp thriller set to hit cinemas across the UK & Ireland in 2026.

The film marks the latest project from writer-director John Patton Ford, who returns after his acclaimed breakout film, ‘Emily the Criminal.’ Ford takes inspiration from STUDIOCANAL’s own devilish Ealing Comedy classic ‘Kind Hearts and Coronets,’ reimagining the spirit of that film for a modern, satirical edge.

Front and centre is Glen Powell. Here, Powell steps into the role of Becket Redfellow, a blue-collar outsider with a bloodline he’d rather forget—and a fortune he refuses to live without. Disowned at birth by his obscenely wealthy family, Becket launches a cunning and increasingly unhinged quest to reclaim the inheritance he believes is rightfully his… even if it means eliminating every last relative standing in his path.

Joining Powell is a stellar ensemble cast: Margaret Qualley (The Substance, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Maid), Jessica Henwick (Cuckoo, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery), Zach Woods (Silicon Valley, In The Know), Topher Grace (Flight Risk, BlacKkKlansman), and the legendary Ed Harris (Love Lies Bleeding, Top Gun: Maverick).
