Disney and Pixar have released the vibrant new trailer for their upcoming original animated comedy ‘Hoppers,’ offering a lively and comedic glimpse into a world where humans and animals finally share a common language—thanks to some wild new technology.
At the centre of Hoppers is Mabel (voiced by Piper Curda), an animal-loving teen who leaps at the chance to use a groundbreaking technology allowing her to “hop” her consciousness into a life-like robotic beaver. For the first time, Mabel can communicate directly with the animal kingdom—and what begins as a dream opportunity quickly spirals into a hilarious, high-stakes adventure. As she uses her new avatar to explore Beaverton, Mabel uncovers surprising mysteries within the animal world that are far stranger—and more dangerous—than she ever anticipated.
The newly released trailer introduces the rich ecosystem of quirky characters inhabiting this world, led by Bobby Moynihan as King George, a warm-hearted, larger-than-life beaver who rules the mammals with optimism and boundless charm. Jon Hamm also stars as Mayor Jerry, a slick politician desperate to maintain control—and his perfect hair—while running for re-election. His biggest problem? A teenage girl in a robot beaver suit who consistently outsmarts him.
