Tracing its origins to a Grindhouse fake trailer HWAS is the ultraviolent brainchild of Jason Eisner who entered a competition to have his trailer screened as part of the Quentin Tarantino/Robert Rodriguez double-bill.
Like its fake trailer brother Machete, Hobo was developed into a feature length film and is heading to our screens next year, and there’s a pretty special poster out in the wild. Rutger looks mad.

I heard that’s only a poster they used for the Trade Show to find a distributer. They may revamp the poster for the actual movie. Here’s hoping, because that poster could have been better.
