Warner Bros. certainly made a massive impact at this year’s Comic-Con with that big Justice League reveal, but Marvel Studios didn’t leave Hall H without making a splash of their own.

For Black Panther, they revealed that Michael B. Jordan will play Erik Killmonger, while Lupita Nyong’o takes on the role of Nakia. However, a major new casting addition was made in the form of The Walking Dead’s Danai Gurira as Okoye. The movie doesn’t start shooting until January, so that was it, but plenty more would follow as Marvel added one more to the MCU.

That is Brie Larson as Captain Marvel. The Oscar winning actress emerged as a frontrunner earlier this year, but she was brought out on stage and officially announced as Carol Danvers.

The first footage from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 was also shown off at the event, though there are no plans for it to be released online. However, it confirmed that Sylvester Stallone will appear in the movie and revealed that Kurt Russell is playing Ego, The Living Planet. Thor: Ragnarok meanwhile showed off concept art revealing the fiery villain known as Surtur.

Finally, the first concept art for Spider-Man: Homecoming was shown (this was the only piece released and it can be found in the gallery below) depicting the wall-crawler squaring off in an aerial battle with a redesigned Vulture. Who’s beneath the mask? We don’t know!

Oh, and there was of course a brand new Doctor Strange trailer which you can find here.
