Over the past few days, I’ve been completely immersed in all things Tron: Legacy. I was so lucky and got to go to Los Angeles and visit Michael Bay’s special effects house, Digital Domain, who are hard at work doing the finishing touches to the new Disney movie come alive with some of the best effects I’ve seen in any more come alive.
While we were there, we got to watch around 30 minutes of footage and meet and interview the director of Tron: Legacy,, two of the cast, Olivia Wilde and Garrett Hedlund along with a mass of the production team who are simply awesome! All of them will have had a part in the images below. Daniel Simon – Vehicle Design, Christine Bieselin Clark – Costume Design.
We also got to meet Steven Lisberger (Creator, Writer and Director of the original Tron) and producer, Justin Springer. All these interviews will be up on HeyUGuys in the coming months nearer the release of the movie but in the meantime, Disney have official released much of the concept art that we got to see while we were there. We were allowed to take photos of much of the art which hasn’t appeared below which I’ll be bringing you in a special post again, in the coming months.
For now though, here is a whole new batch of fantastical art that Disney have released from what we hope and expect to be an amazing movie, Tron: Legacy.
