Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

Yesterday, we posted a story that the teaser trailer for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I had been leaked but it actually turns out that the trailer that was captured has actually been released as a DVD extra on the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince DVD. Thanks to /Film for the heads up.

I’ve put this higher quality version below which is introduced by David Yates and and David Heyman, the director and producer of the final installment(s). The DVD and Blu Ray are both released tomorrow, 7th December.

  4. Ummm Erica then your just as big of a Moron as Yates is cause ever since he started the movies HAVE gone downhill, and part of the reason they pushed HBP back so far is because they already signed Yates on for the 7th movie and realized that if the 6th came out so soon they would get alot of crap about letting such a worthless director continue with the movies. if they Pushed it back far enough they can pass it off as, oops he screwed up but he’s already started the last movies nothing we can do now. Yates is a moron and they should of had someone replace him after his first screw up with the movies.

  5. Actually they pushed back HBP because Twilight was coming out at the same time and they didn't want them pansy teenage pris girls cutting into their views!

  6. i thought it was pushed back, a: because of twilight b: because of the dark night coming out at that time, which already got a lot of money for warner bros' so they didn't need to. c: they wanted a summer smash or whatever. i think the last 2 films wern't as good as 3+4, but you have to give yates some credit. they were much harder storylines than the others in my opinion. anyway, lets just hope he doesn't muck the next 2 up[:

  8. In actuality, they pushed the movie back purely because they wanted it in cinemas during the summer holidays, rather than around Christmas. Twilight had absolutely nothing to do with it, since it was coming out over a week later, was made by a different studio and has nowhere near the following Harry Potter does, so would therefore not be any sort of competition or whatever you're saying.

Also, I think the movies are improving. Maybe it's just because the books improved (in my opinion) as they went on, and I can't really dislike a movie that I love the original written version of.
