International Trailer for Ghostbusters 2016 reveals more Hemsworth, new scenes and plot details

2

The online reaction to the first trailer for Paul Feig’s Ghostbusters 2016 film was predictably vitriolic. Childhoods ruined, latent sexism abounded and yet – there was something a little off about that first peek.

This new International trailer won’t change anyone’s mind. The slapstick and spook melange is present and correct with some new footage of the Busters at a concert (with a predictable stage diving gag) and loads of Hemsworth.

Check it out below,

  1. the first trailer was met with such indignation over the issue with the opening title card about four scientists save the world that wasn’t true infact according to the original there were only three are Ray Stantz Peter Venkman and Egon Spengler and Winston Zeddmore was an ex serviceman but the main confusion is that fans are observant that the film was stated by Paul Feig is an Reboot but it had so many clichéd references to the original with Slimer and Twinkie bars that you may think that is a reboot disguised as an threequel but other complaints were it’s edited like an summer action movie among others including that brightly neon coloured ghost look too Scooby doo’ish and something out of the haunted mansion and some bloggers including Bobby Burns stated they looked like something from an Nintendo videogame but Sony is blatant for removing negative comments via their youtube page but many more edits to come for this trailer including sassy imagery with issues of sexual references that lead the original movie ratings drop from PG to 12 by the British Board of Film Classification but this will be getting the same ratings but as fans concerned that this film will be heading for a fall. frankie smales. smales tv uk-host

  2. This movie is a BIG cliché. Makes fun of women with characters that not stand alone by themselves, but instead are only a mere “cartoonish stereotype resemble” of the originals. The story of three brilliant white scientists and one black subway worker sidekick who has NY street cred (“You guys are really smart about this science stuff but I know New York”) and drives a Cadillac borrowed by her uncle….Add to that the more stupid jokes and silly references we’ve been seeing over and over for years (the exorcist joke has been made even better in The Simpsons) A piece of crap. And regarding to sexist comments, I think women have been making TERRIFIC roles on different movies: Scarlett O’Hara (Gone with the wind), Agent Starling (Silence of the Lambs), The Bride (Kill Bill), Vivian Ward (Pretty Woman), Leia Organa (Star Wars), Catherine Tramell (Basic Instinct), Sigourney Weaver (Alien), Catherine Blanchett performance as Bob Dylan was sooo good! (I’m not there) and other many movies from abroad US, from Italy, France, Latin America, etc…which have GREAT female characters and female LEADING ROLES that I really, truly enjoyed/loved. But this movie…It has no heart, it has no soul, just the purpose of make another couple of bucks (anyway that’s not gonna happen)
