9. A New Path For Daenerys Targaryen
When we last saw Daenerys, she had been separated from her dragons and was surrounded by a large group of Dothraki. Based on what we’ve seen in the trailers, it seems as if she’s going to remain with them, but won’t be treated like the queen she once was!
Now, while you might think the logical next step for her is to return to her kingdom (possibly with them as her army) ahead of a full scale invasion of King’s Landing, what if this is where her story ends? We’ve seen many characters in Game of Thrones not receive the ending they deserve – just think back to poor old Robb Stark – so Dany’s quest for the Iron Throne being snatched from her as she’s left almost back where she started would be a sad, but somewhat fitting, end.
