The BFI has launched a trailer for the heartwarming comedy-drama ‘Four Mothers.’

The movie follows a struggling writer juggling four very different mothers during a chaotic weekend after his friends unexpectedly leave them in his care.

Directed by Darren Thornton, the cast includes James McArdle (Mary Queen of Scots, Mare of Easttown, Ammonite), Fionnula Flanagan (The Guard, The Others, Waking Ned Devine), Dearbhla Molloy (Nominated for Olivier Award, The Ferryman) Paddy Glynn and Stella McCusker. Niamh Cusack makes a cameo appearance as a medium and Rory O’Neill, aka Panti Bliss, one of Ireland’s best-known drag performers, plays a therapist.
