It’s not often we get the chance to speak to the creatives behind a brand new film – waaaay ahead of release and in line with the launch of the trailer, but we were lucky enough to do just that for Forgotten Island, the forthcoming animation by Dreamworks.
With the exciting trailer dropping this week, we whet our appetite by speaking to the leading duo Liza Soberano and H.E.R. as well as the writers and directors, Joel Crawford and Januel Mercardo.
We speak with them all about the excitement that bubbles from the early days of a trailer launch, while they talk about friendship, memories – and bringing Filipino culture to screen in such a bold and creative way. Be sure to watch both interviews in their entirety below, and click here to watch the trailer.
