ThePlaylist have posted three official images from David Cronenberg’s forthcoming drama film A Dangerous Method, starring Keira Knightley, Viggo Mortensen, Michael Fassbender, Vincent Cassel and Sarah Gadon.
A Dangerous Method is based on Christopher Hampton’s famous play The Talking Cure and centers on the relationship between Carl Jung (Fassbender) and Russian-Jewish patient Sabina Spielrein (Knightley), who ultimately causes a rift between Jung and mentor Sigmund Freud (Mortensen) but also catalyses strong findings in regards to Jungian psychoanalysis.
Although no official release date has been set, A Dangerous Method is expected to open towards the end of 2011.
