Prime Video has dropped the long-awaited official trailer for season 2 of its critically acclaimed global hit series, ‘Fallout.’ The highly anticipated eight-episode season will premiere on 17th December 2025, unfolding weekly until its 4th February 2026 finale.

Picking up directly after season one’s jaw-dropping finale, the trailer propels viewers deeper into the heart of the Fallout universe, journeying from the scorched sands of the Mojave to the neon-soaked ruins of New Vegas. Action-packed set pieces, towering mutated creatures, and sprawling new landscapes dominate the footage, teasing a season steeped in danger, mystery, and the unmistakable dark humour that defines the franchise.

The trailer also confirms two major additions to the cast: Kumail Nanjiani and Macaulay Culkin, whose roles remain tightly under wraps but are teased with quick-hit glimpses that already have fans theorising across the wasteland.

Based on one of the greatest video game sagas ever created, Fallout continues its sharp exploration of the haves and have-nots in a world where there’s almost nothing left to have. Two centuries after nuclear fire reshaped civilisation, the sheltered residents of luxurious underground vaults must emerge into the brutal world their ancestors abandoned—only to find a society that’s more chaotic, bizarre, and violent than they ever imagined.

Returning cast members include Ella Purnell (Yellowjackets, Sweetpea), Aaron Moten (Emancipation, Father Stu), Walton Goggins (The White Lotus, The Righteous Gemstones), Kyle MacLachlan (Twin Peaks), Moisés Arias (The King of Staten Island), and Frances Turner (The Boys). With its sweeping world-building, unpredictable twists, and gleefully weird spirit, Season 2 is poised to expand the series into even more ambitious territory.
