The drama was written by Ronan Bennett and is spaced out into a four-part mini series based on an the East London Summerhouse Estate. It following the intertwined lives of some of the young residents caught up in the choices and consequences that are forced upon them by poverty, greed, drugs and gang culture.
Top Boy premieres on Channel 4 on at the end of October and will run for four 4 consecutive days.
