X-Men star Evan Peters is reportedly set to join the Marvel series ‘WandaVision’ in a key role according to ComicBookMovie.com.

Character details are currently being kept under wraps, but it is believed he has already filmed his scenes back in December 2019.

WandaVision, set in the 50s’ will follow the story of Elizabeth Olson and Paul Bettany’s superhero characters Scarlet Witch and Vision in a classic sitcom-style as the two super-powered beings live out their ideal suburban lives. They soon begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems.

The series will feature characters from other areas of the MCU, including ‘Ant-Man & The Wasp’, ‘Thor’, and Teyonah Parris as a grown-up Monica Rambeau, who we first saw in ‘Captain Marvel’. Kat Dennings will reprise her role as Darcy Lewis while Randall Park returns as FBI Agent Jimmy Woo. Kathryn Hahn also stars.

The series will hit Disney+ in December.

Peters previously played the role of Quicksilver in three ‘X-Men’ films, Quicksilver is the brother of Scarlett Witch/Wanda Maximoff who is played by Elisabeth Olsen. He has also been a core member of the ‘American Horror Story’ cast since 2011.
