The film, directed by Todd Phillips (The Hangover) sees Father-to-be Peter (Downey Jr) forced to hitch a ride with actor Ethan (Galifianakis) in order to make it to his child’s birth in time.
Todd Phillips’ previous effort, The Hangover, proved to be a huge hit last year, grossing over 0 million worldwide, and with a sequel due for release in 2011, it’ll be interesting to see if Phillips has enough funny to go around.
Due Date certainly looks entertaining, and whoever came up with the idea of casting Downey Jr and Galifianakis should receive some form of award. Genius casting.
