Denzel Washington, Robert Pattinson and Daisy Edgar-Jones have been added to the cast of Netflix heist movie ‘Here Comes The Flood.’
The project tells the story of a bank guard plotting with a master thief to steal, the rise and fall of his relationship with a bank teller and a series of twists that unveil the con game at the centre of it all.
Fernando Meirelles (The Two Popes, City of God) will take the helm. Simon Kinberg penned the script. Producers include Kinberg and Audrey Chon for Genre Films and Meirelles. Samson Mucke serves as executive producer.

Netflix’s official logline reads: an unconventional heist movie about a bank guard, a teller, and a master thief in a deadly game of cons and double crosses.
Washington was recently seen in ‘Gladiator 2’ and will next appear in Spike Lee’s ‘Highest 2 Lowest.’ Pattinson most recently appeared in Bong Joon Ho’s ‘Mickey 17.’ He’s next set to appear in A24’s ‘The Drama.’ Edgar-Jones most recently appeared in Daniel Minahan’s ‘On Swift Horses’ opposite Jacob Elordi and Will Poulter.
