3. Wonder Woman
Over the past few years, two attempts have been made to bring Wonder Woman to the small screen. One (starring G.I. Joe’s Adrianne Palicki) didn’t make it any further than the pilot, while the other was put on hold as The CW decided to focus on Arrow and The Flash.
There’s really no reason why a movie featuring this iconic DC Comics character couldn’t succeed, and while Gal Gadot has yet to prove her acting chops outside of a large ensemble cast, she’s an extremely likeable presence and looks perfect in the role. Appearances in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League should drive up interest in the character, and giving Wonder Woman a solo movie could result in something very special indeed, especially if it digs into her Amazonian history.
