9. Green Lantern
After the awful 2011 movie starring Ryan Reynolds, another Green Lantern is likely very low on your list of the DC Comics characters you think Warner Bros. should be prioritising. There is of course a rumour doing the rounds that the character will be paired up with The Flash in a movie, but a case can be made for Green Lantern (regardless of who wears the ring) to get another chance.
Space has never looked as bland as it did in his last big screen outing, but if Warner Bros. can find someone who brings the same aesthetic as James Gunn did with Guardians of the Galaxy, well, that would be a good start.
Basically, just do the opposite of the 2011 movie, dial back the cheese factor and make this a sweeping space epic, and Green Lantern could shine again!
