Good news fans of all things Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit! A blog from New Zealand called The Noldor Blog (via Comingsoon) has posted a scanned image from a local paper which is a casting call for The Hobbit. The ad comes from the Wellington Dominion Post newspaper putting out a call for people both tall and short for what they call ‘Scale Doubles’ in the film.

This is all good since the production has been halted because of all the financial problems at MGM. We’re hoping that it gets sorted as soon as so that production can start and we can see the movie that we’re all so looking forward to.
