Written by Joss Whedon (Serenity, Cabin in the Woods), In Your Eyes is a metaphysical love story about two seemingly polar opposites who are deeply connected by supernatural forces.
In Your Eyes will be the second film to be produced by Bellwhether Pictures, a micro-studio Whedon setup with Kai Cole to fund “small, indie narratives for all media”. The first film, a modern take on Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing, wrapped late last week and will be released next year.
Michael Roiff, who is co-producing the film under his banner of Night & Day Pictures, said of the partnership, “Pairing Joss’ fantastic script with Brin’s vision as a filmmaker will make for a truly special film.”
