Back to the Future has to be one of the movies I’ve watched more times than any other. I absolutely love everything about it. I was 5 when first movie was released and I’ve literally grown up with it.
Back to the Future was produced by Steven Spielberg , written by Bob Gale and directed by Robert Zemeckis and has become a classic that still lives on as one of the all time greats. The clock tower set has recently been rebuilt after a fire the Universal Studios set destroyed it 2 years ago which shows that the movie is very special to the studio also.
Back to the Future made Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd a household name to this day and on behalf of all of us here at HeyUGuys, thanks to everyone and anyone who had anything to do with Back to the Future, and Happy 25th Birthday!!!
If you’re reading this and have never seen Back to the Future or it’s two sequels, stop what you’re doing now, buy it and put it on!
Here’s the original trailer from the first movie and a couple of posters that we’ve put up recently.

Except, the “future date” everyone is talking about is the date they travel to at the beginning of the SECOND MOVIE.
In the first movie they travel 30 years back. In the second movie they travel 30 years forward.
The actual “future date” they travel to second movie is October 21st, 2015:

From wikipedia:
“Part II follows the continued adventures of Marty McFly and “Doc” Emmett Brown as they use their time-traveling DeLorean to travel into a retro-futuristic version of 2015, a dark alternative 1985 and the principal setting of the first film in 1955. The film ends with a cliffhanger that is resolved in Part III.”
