As reported via (of all places!) The Mail’s website, 49-year-old (yes, she’s 49) supermarket worker from Reading, Cathy Ward, must have decided that reading the novels, owning the DVD’s and collecting other assorted memorabilia from the Twilight Saga was not enough. It look’s like she wanted a more permanent reminder of her love for the franchise.
The article goes on to reveal that she spent an agonising 22 hours in the tattoo artist’s chair and spent £2,000 to be reminded daily that her entire back is cloaked in what looks like a CGSE art students sketch of Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. Looks like she failed to stop and think about what this creation will look like in a decade or so, when the effects of time, gravity and old-age will render the images of the three young starlets as Edvard Munch-esque abstract swirls.

I can just about understand tweens liking this bilge, but other age groups just baffle me. You would think they could see it for the derivative, badly written tripe that it is. To get it tattooed is just… there are no words for how stupid this woman is.
