Warner Bros. have given us 5 more character posters (similar but slightly different to those seen previously) to go along nicely with the previous ones released for Sherlock Holmes which is out worldwide on Christmas Day…… except for the UK! When Jeremy Clarkson asked Guy Ritchie (director of SH) on yesterday’s Top Gear why it wasn’t out on Christmas Day in the UK, he said it was because we’d be munching on our turkey, so I guess that means we’re the only country in the world who celebrates Christmas! Who knows why but the UK actually gets Sherlock Holmes on Boxing Day, one day later… when the UK will still be munching on Turkey!
Sherlock Holmes stars Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law, Mark Strong and Rachel McAdams and if you haven’t already, you can check out the latest trailer here. This is one we’re very much looking forward to and along with Avatar, will hopefully end both the year and the decade with a big bang!
