The Fast & Furious movies aren’t known for being anything more than dumb, fun action popcorn flicks (snobby critics may argue otherwise), so you may be wondering why one of the stars from that franchise has made it onto this list. Well, regardless of whether you love or hate them, the last few instalments in particular have been extremely successful financially, grossing over $1 billion in total. Fast & Furious star Vin Diesel will be working with Marvel Studios on Guardians of the Galaxy as the voice of Groot, so it could be that someone like Paul Walker is also on their radar. While it’s hard to imagine him ever delivering an Oscar worthy performance, he is a capable actor who has brought a lot to an arguably quite one-dimensional character in the aforementioned franchise. Walker is often suggested by fans for various comic book movie roles, and it’s fair to say that he would actually be better suited to taking on a role like Iron Fist in a series such as this.
