3. Jake Gyllenhaal
Jake Gyllenhaal played the Prince of Persia and a character called Loki in the superb Prisoners, but that’s about as close as he’s come to portraying a superhero (although he at one point did nearly replace Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man). If any role could finally be the one to tempt him to don spandex, it’s Daredevil. While Gyllenhaal currently seems to be focused on his big screen career, he would be far from the first actor to make the transition to television while also doing the odd movie role; recent examples include Ray Donovan’s Liev Schreiber and Hannibal’s Mads Mikkelsen. Gyllenhaal would bring a lot to a character as brooding and often dark as Daredevil. Should they decide to incorporate some of the humour seen in Mark Waid’s Eisner Award series, the actor would have a chance to show us a very different side to him than normal.
Simon Baker. That is all.
Your choices suck. -_-
Oh wow Richard Madden and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. I’m surprised Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul aren’t on this list.
Aaron Eckhart would be perfect
nope none of them suits the part, i like damian since band of brothers but daredevil simply does’nt suit him, in my opinion jensen ackles suit’s better as daredevil & it would be a good chalenge for him cause matt/daredevil is an interesting character to work through like he did with dean giving him heart & soul
The only good pick would be Micheal C. Hall on this list and maybe Damian Lewis. That guy from game of thrones is nothing special. Many actors on GoT are overhyped and I’m a GoT fan.
Richard Madden is THE pick!! He’ll brign out so much depth in this role. Yes yes yes to Madden only!!
The logical choice to play daredevil is Liam McIntyre of spartacus!!
