Last week as London Film Festival madness took over the city I popped along to The May Fair Hotel to catch up with Elle Fanning and Alice Englert. The young actresses were in town to promote their new film Ginger & Rosa, a film set in 1960’s London. Telling the story of two best friends who are struggling to make the transition between teenage and adulthood all the while dealing with the impending threat of a nuclear that could wipe out the entire country.
I spoke to Elle and Alice about what it was like to work alongside the likes of Christina Hendricks, Timothy Spall and Oliver Platt as well as who best mastered the British accent – Elle or her equally famous sister Dakota.

Ginger & Rosa is released this Friday (19th October).
