Last night, Ben and Colin went along to the European Premiere of Now is Good, a touching story of a girl (Dakota Fanning) who has to deal with Leukaemia. One of the final things she’s love to do is lose her virginity and sets out on the challenge with the help of her best friend (played by Kaya Scodelario). Jeremy Irvine (War Horse), Paddy Considine (Tyrannosaur, Submarine) and Olivia Williams (An Education, The Ghost) complete the main casting line up and all bar Considine were there last night to chat with our chaps on the carpet.

We asked Fanning about shooting here in the UK and what it was that drew her to the project, Ben also find out if she ever gets bored of answering questions about the Twilight movies where she plays one of the infamous Voluti! We also get to hear from Irvine about why he likes these smaller indie movies and from Olivia Williams about why she took on this role without even reading the script!

Finally we get to hear from Producer Peter Czernin and Director Ol Parker about the challenges that the movie brought, if they were worried about competition from other films with similar topic areas and what it was about this story that they found so compelling.

Now is Good is released in the UK 19 September. Check out our interviews with the cast and film-makers below.
