Earlier today, 20th Century Fox released two brand new trailers for Josh Trank’s Fantastic Four reboot. Starring Miles Teller, Kate Mara, Michael B. Jordan, Jamie Bell, and Toby Kebbell, this may not be the Marvel Studios produced movie a lot of comic book fans were hoping for, but those new previews still impress.
The one (which originally premiered at Comic-Con) contains tons of new footage, while the other – an international version – was light on big reveals, but did still at least include some pretty cool scenes.

Here, we take you through ten of the biggest and most revealing moments from our final look at the reboot, covering everything from cool Easter Eggs to surprising plot reveals. Fans have been on the fence about this movie for a while now (despite the great director and cast), but it’s shaping up to be one of the summer’s best blockbusters. Fox are holding a lot back, but have shown enough today to really build excitement…
10. A Flashback To The Past
Both trailers kick off by focusing on the early days of Reed Richards and his best friend Ben Grimm. This is very similar to the Ultimate comics which also featured the youngster starting his Negative Zone experiments at an early age, and it should be interesting to see if this Ben also sticks up for the nerdy Reed in school as that was also a big part of their relationship in that series. Whatever the answer, these scenes look like they will establish Reed as a genius from even this point in his life, with the Baxter Building serving as an outlet for him to finally show what he’s capable of. The crack made by his teacher (played by voice of Homer Simpson, Dan Castellaneta) about a flying car is also no doubt a reference to the Fantasticar!
