2. The Soundtrack
Visually, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is shaping up to be something very special indeed. However, it’s possible that this new trailer also offers up an idea as to what we should expect from the soundtrack, and that too promises to be extremely unique.
Following Max Dillon’s transformation into Electro (and around the moment you see above), some music starts up which sounds similar to the classic Spider-Man theme, but replaces the words with what might be going on in Dillon’s head as he heads to Times Square. Many are now speculating that this is in fact part of Man of Steel composer Hans Zimmer and multi-talented rapper, composer, and producer Pharrell Williams’ collaboration on the score for the movie. If so, the soundtrack should prove to be a must-buy!
