9. Count Vertigo
Count Vertigo featured in a number of season one and two episodes as a drug dealer selling, well, “Vertigo”! Season three will feature Peter Stormare as the actual Count Vertigo, a villain who rules the tiny nation of Vlatava. He too will be pushing Vertigo, and will be one of the first villains that Oliver and his team face off against this year. Will he have the same powers (to disrupt his enemies’ balance) as his comic book counterpart though? See, the thing about the DC Universe is that it has been rebooted a fair few times over the years meaning that there are multiple versions of these characters that Arrow can pick and choose from. What we’ll end up with here remains to be seen, but he definitely looks a lot more sinister than the last Count Vertigo!
