The first trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron wasn’t expected to debut until one of the commercial breaks of next Tuesday’s episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (perhaps in a bid to increase the show’s disappointing ratings). However, it leaked online last night and Marvel were left with no other option that to release it!
The footage in the trailer is incredible and you can check out both that and the poster by clicking here.
We’ve broken down ten of the most notable moments in this first look at Avengers: Age of Ultron. Want to know more about the Hulkbuster armour, a possible trip to the Black Panther’s home of Wakanda and details on who Andy Serkis is more than likely playing? Well, you’ve come to the right place, so read on for more…
This is pure speculation on our part, but this seemingly randomly inserted scene may be far more significant that it initially appears! At least part of Avengers: Age of Ultron will take place in Africa, and it’s believed that we will finally see the Black Panther’s home nation of Wakanda. This well known location to fans has plenty of the near indestructible metal known as Vibranium, and as Ultron continues to evolve (even at the end of the trailer, the villain looks drastically different to how he appeared on that EW cover), it’s likely what we’re seeing here is him creating a new form out of the same alloy Captain America’s shield is made out of.
