5. Car Meets Boat (2 Fast 2 Furious)
Though the stunts and final acts of each of the Fast and Furious movie have become more and more outlandish (in a good way) over the years, this early effort in 2 Fast 2 Furious remains one of the best.
With a hysterical Roman Pearce (Tyrese Gibson) in the passenger seat, O’Conner realised that the only way to save Monica (Eva Mendes) was to drive the car they’re in into the villain’s yacht. Everything was on the line, and if they failed, they’d never see her again, something which made this sequence one of those edge of your seat moments which really helps the Fast and Furious franchise stand out from the crowd.
As Pearce so eloquently put it, this was indeed, “some real Dukes of Hazzard sh*t, man!” and a just a very cool scene.
