While you may have thought Disney and Lucasfilm have already set their sights on the actor who will be playing a young Han Solo in Phil Lord and Chris Miller’s 2018 Star Wars Anthology movie, a new report reveals that over 2500 actors have so far met or sent in audition tapes.

Those are’t all unknowns either, but one agent tells The Hollywood Reporter that, “This has been the easiest movie to audition for. They are seeing everyone.” In other words, the studio is casting a very wide net in order to find the best possible actor to take on the role made famous by Harrison Ford, and with production on the Han Solo movie spinoff not set to begin until January 2017, they obviously have more than enough time to make a decision.

So, who are some of the famous names that have so far met in person or sent in a tape?

The site lists Dave Franco, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Miles Teller, Nick Robinson, Leo Howard, Tony Oller, Chandler Riggs,Hunter Parrish, Rami Malek, Landon Liboiron, Ed Westwick, Tom Felton, and Joshua Sasse, a very varied group of actors who barely scratch the surface.

Logan Lerman, Ansel Elgort, Jack Reynor, Colton Haynes, and Max Thieriot are all also mentioned, and it’s worth noting that the age range of these actors varies wildly. The site’s sources claim that someone in their mid-20s for this new Han Solo is what Disney are ideally looking for, so some of these names no doubt have a greater chance than others as a result.
