LET’S GET READY TO RUUUUUUUUMBLE!!!!!!!!!! The man behind the WWE as we know it, CEO and Chairman Vince McMahon, is entering his name into the Hollywood screen of fame, we aren’t even sure that makes sense but his life story will be coming to the big screen with Pandemonium.

With what looks like McMahon’s blessing, the film will take its focus on his rise as a pro wrestling magnet of the World Wrestling Foundation, now known as WWE after his grandfather started and father continued the business on a small time scale on the local circuit. McMahon, since taking over the helm has turned the business into a worldwide phenomenon entering the ranks of showbiz fame. We can also thank McMahon for introducing the likes of Hulk Hogan, John Cena and even launching the career of everyone’s favourite, lovable actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson who has burst out of the ring to take the acting world by storm with his charms.

Vince McMahon Pandemonium

Last summer, studios were wary of even touching the script which impressed as the WWE and McMohan had not authorised the story to go ahead but since producer Andrew Lazar won the rights to his life story traction started to build. It has been reported in order for TriStar to win this pitch they went as far as to decorating their offices like a wrestling ring and a WWE locker room.

Pandemonium which has been picked up by Sony Pictures TriStar will be directed by John Requa & Glenn Ficarra who have worked on numerous films together including Focus, Crazy, Stupid, Love and Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. Penning McMahon’s life story will be Craig A. Williams who wrote Underdog. Andrew Lazar will be producing with WWE Studios president Michael Luisi and Adam Goldworm. Hannah Minghella and Nicole Brown will oversee for TriStar.
