Here’s a brand new UK poster for the LEGO Batman movie. The movie is set for release February 10th 2017 and sees many of our favourite superheros from the world of LEGO join forces for one giant fun-fest.
We originally saw LEGO Batman appear in The LEGO movie which was amazingly released two years ago. After the monstrous success that it proved to be, Warner Bros. fast-tracked this film to let give audiences more of what they crave…. LEGO!
Batman is voiced by Will Arnett who also voiced the character in the first film. He’s joined by an all-star voice cast which includes Ralph Fiennes and Alfed Pennyworth, Rosario Dawson as Batgirl, Zach Galifianakis as The Joker, Michael Cera as Robin, Jenny Slate as Harley Quinn and Billy Dee Williams as Two-Face. Mariah Carey will also be staring in the movie as Mayor McCaskill who is no doubt fond of the odd tuneful melody or two!
Chris McKay directed by the movie after performing editor duties on The LEGO Movie and from what we’ve seen so far has done a cracking job. How the original film never made the short-list for an Academy Award, we’ll never know!
