Today is the day that the brand new trailer for Transformers: The Last Knight lands online. Last night the official Transformers Twitter account released this rather amusing wrap video which gives us a little insight behind the scenes of shooting such an epic production.
As well as the production video, Paramount have released many of the photos you see in the tease as higher resolution images which we’ve embedded in a handy gallery below for your viewing pleasure.
Based on the toys from Hasbro, the 2007 Michael Bay movie Transformers was a monstrous success bringing in an equally monstrous $700m + at the worldwide box office. The sequels struggled to compete in story due to the writers strike and too much shaky cam!
Michael Bay helms this fifth film which sees Mark Wahlberg returns as Cade Yeager alongside acting royalty Sir Anthony Hopkins who appears in this rather lovely video and The Inbetweeners Movie star and fellow Brit Laura Haddock (who attended the BIFA Movie Awards last night). Stanley Tucci joins them with John Goodman, and Sir Anthony Hopkins. We also see the return of Josh Duhamel and fan favourite John Turturro as Agent Simmons.
Keep your eyes peeled for the trailer which we think will drop any minute.
