Following the release of that first excellent trailer for The LEGO Batman Movie, Warner Bros. has today released a second. Could it be that they want to remind audiences the Caped Crusader is capable of being “fun” after the criticisms levelled at Batman v Superman?

This one does poke fun at Batfleck and ALL of the previous Dark Knights regardless, though it mostly revolves around a very funny exchange between Will Arnett’s LEGO Batman and his loyal butler Alfred, played wonderfully here by a very dry Ralph Fiennes (Spectre).

In the irreverent spirit of fun that made The LEGO Movie a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble – LEGO Batman – stars in his own big-screen adventure: The LEGO Batman Movie. But there are big changes brewing in Gotham, and if he wants to save the city from The Joker’s hostile takeover, Batman may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up.

Also starring Michael Cera, Rosario Dawson and Zach Galifianakis, The LEGO Batman Movie will be in cinemas worldwide beginning February 10th, 2017. Don’t forget to check out the first official images and poster by clicking here and Teaser Trailer #1 by clicking right here.
