News came back in June that the BBFC, the board that rates films here in the UK, had decided to ban Tom Six’s sequel to his first The Human Centipede [First Sequence] film, entitled The Human Centipede 2 [Full Sequence].

With a horror movie, getting banned is likely to only increase people’s interest in the film, and thus increase your audience, and the film’s first full-length trailer, courtesy of Yahoo Movies, is proud to tout at the end that it’s been banned in the UK, quoting from the BBFC:

“Poses a real risk that harm is likely to be caused to potential viewers.”

From what we’ve seen so far, the film looks to have stepped the whole notion of torture-porn up a level from the first film, with a mentally ill lead character who is obsessed with The Human Centipede, and who tries to recreate it in real life with not three but twelve unwilling participants.

Pretty gruesome stuff, to be sure, judging by the BBFC’s comments about the film, which I’ll spare you the details of.

UGO have also got a few new images to share with us from the film, which is getting a limited theatrical release in the States, and largely going straight-to-VoD over there on 7th October. Without further ado, here is the first trailer, followed by those new images. As usual with the images, click to enlarge.
