Here’s some news for all those of you out there to see Star Wars in 3D. The first movie in the George Lucas sci-fi saga (not the first made mind you) is going to be hitting cinemas February 10th 2012. Now, I assume this is a US release date and I’d very much hope that the UK gets it around the same time but for now, here’s the official press release which comes from Deadline.

Don’t forget the Star Wars Sixtilogy or whatever you want to call it ( I believe it’s called the Complete Saga) is released November this year and you can pre-order your copy here.
