One of the most highly anticipated films of the year is almost upon us. Denis Villeneuve’s Sicario has been garnering rave reviews, including our glowing appraisal from Cannes, and is out in the UK on the 8th of October.
Villeneuve is one of the finest directors working today, and with the Blade Runner sequel on his plate, all eyes are rightly on his latest work. Sicario is a taut, brutal examination of the erosive effect of the never-ending war on drugs; Emily Blunt leads the film with Josh Brolin and Benicio del Toro in support.
The film had its UK Premiere this evening in Leicester Square and our boys Cassam Looch and Colin Hart were on the carpet asking the questions.
