Everything we’ve heard about Deadpool so far has been great. A lower budget means that the movie will likely receive an R-Rating, while both a leaked script and that amazing test footage has fans very excited.

Of course, after Fox botched the character’s introduction in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, there are those who can’t help but wonder if this highly anticipated movie might still somehow go horribly wrong. Exactly a year from its release, Ryan Reynolds has Tweeted out a photo which should help calm down comic book fans.

As you can see, and as was expected, Deadpool will indeed have his iconic costume in the 2016 movie!

It was recently revealed that Morena Baccarin (Gotham), Taylor Schilling (Orange is the New Black), Crystal Reed (Teen Wolf), Rebecca Rittenhouse (The Red Band Society), Sarah Greene (Vikings), and Jessica De Gouw (Arrow) are all testing for an unknown female role in Deadpool, so casting news should reach us soon too.

For now though, this a great teaser courtesy of Reynolds! Deadpool will be directed by VFX whiz Tim Miller.
