Regardless of the behind the scenes drama which may have plagued Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, one of the most exciting things about the upcoming Anthology movie will be getting to visit new planets, see new spaceships, and meet a wealth of brand new heroes and villains.
Thanks to Star Wars Battlefront, we’ll also get the chance to play in that world as EA and DICE have today released the first trailer for their upcoming Rogue One: Scarif DLC.
Jyn Erso and Orson Krennic are set to be the new playable heroes, while the pack will include a new multi-stage game mode that spans land and space, along with four additional maps.
In the video below, we get a taste of all of that as the unique new missions are highlighted alongside gameplay featuring the characters mentioned above in action. Krennic may not look like the most physically imposing villain we’ve seen in the Star Wars franchise, but he seems to be doing pretty well for himself here. We already know that Jyn can handle herself!
The Rogue One DLC pack will be available for Season Pass holders on December 6th and follows on the 20th for everyone else. So, just in time for the release of the movie then.
