Author Seth Grahame-Smith has recently been tipped to direct the Flash movie for DC’s ever expanding universe but before that happens we have a chance to enjoy the big screen adaptation of his breakout novel, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.
We’ve already seen the passable movie of Abe Lincoln felling Vampires left and right and this bastardising of an English classic continues the collision of genres. P&P&Z throws the period drama and supernatural bloodbath concepts together and stands well back.
Lily James, Sam Riley, Jack Huston, Douglas Booth, Matt Smith and (Lannisters Reunited) Lena Headey and Charles Dance all suit up for slaughter.
