Frozen GroundInterviewing Nic Cage is only going to go one of two ways. Either you’re going to have the alphabet shouted at you like in Vampire’s Kiss, or you’re going to sit down and talk a charming and amicable actor – and fortunately for us, it was the latter.

In town to promote his upcoming title The Frozen Ground – out nationwide on July 19 – Cage plays Jack Halcombe,  a State Trooper in Alaska, attempting to find sufficient evidence against a serial killer to lock him away for good. Cage talks about meeting the real man of which this film is based upon, he discusses how he approaches different roles, and whether he prefers playing the cops or the villains.
