With Zack Snyder currently shooting his second Watchmen-esque Superhero battle royale, DC are hoping that Patty Jenkins’ take on Wonder Woman will reignite the flames of fandom before Justice League opens.
A new Russian trailer has been released which offers up some new moments from Jenkins’ film. The relationship between Gal Gadtot and Chris Pine’s characters is what get us into the film, but there’s a lot to learn about what Double W gets up to once she leaves her Amazonian island.
An Amazonian princess leaves her island home to explore the world and, in doing so, becomes one of the world’s greatest heroes.
Wonder Woman also stars Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Danny Huston, David Thewlis, Ewen Bremner, Saïd Taghmaoui, and Lucy Davis. The film lands on the 2nd of June 2017.
